1. Registered Nurse Vacancies Residential Aged Care

Yea & District Memorial Hospital is a small rural health service comprising 10 acute beds, 10 high care beds, 15 low care beds (with ageing in place) and an urgent care centre.
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to complement our roster.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- 12 months of residential aged care experience
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse
- Be willing to work a 24/7 roster, including AM, PM and Night Duty shifts
- To have strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Hold a current, satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check

2. Food Service Assistant
Yea & District Memorial Hospital is a small rural health service comprising 10 acute beds, 10 high care beds, 15 low care beds (with ageing in place) and an urgent care centre.
We are seeking a second kitchen hand for 3 hours Mon-Fri. We are happy to share this role between a couple of people.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Previous experience/interest in this type of work,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a current, satisfactory national Criminal History Record Check

3. COOK / Food Service Assistant
Cook / Food Services Assistant
Yea & District Memorial Hospital is a small rural health service comprising 10 acute beds, 10 high care beds, 15 low care beds (with ageing in place) and an urgent care centre.
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our Food Services Team.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Experience in commercial cookery
- Hold a food handler’s certificate
- Knowledge of diet codes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a current, satisfactory national Criminal History Record Check

4. CLEANER
We are currently seeking someone to complement this roster which covers 7 days.
Duties The role includes cleaning patient/resident rooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
Maintaining legislated safety, quality and cleaning standards
Completing all documentation and reporting requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Ideally, Cert III Hospitality although if not held the right candidate will be supported to do this course.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hold a current satisfactory National Criminal History Record check
