Pop Up Clinic at YDMH to offer COVID Vaccinations to Yea Residents
We would like to invite members of the Yea community who are over 50 to be vaccinated at our Pop-up clinic being held in partnership with Goulburn Valley Health Public Health Unit on Wednesday 26th May 2021 – 10am to 3pm
We have a limited number of appointments available on the day for community members as well as our front-line health care workers.
To take this next important step in keeping COVID SAFE and book your appointment, please call Mon – Friday during office hours on 5736 0410.
You will be asked to provide personal details during the appointment booking process –so please have your Medicare, phone and email contact details handy.
The clinic will be located at the Grace Bennet’s Centre building at Yea District Memorial Hospital which is accessed from Miller Street.
Please note current guidance advise is that you should not have the flu and COVID vaccinations within 2 weeks of one another. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
Please bring your Medicare card and ID to your vaccine appointment.
The whole appointment will take a minimum of 30 minutes and you must remain at the centre for at least 15 minutes after the vaccination.P
