YDMH is committed to enhancing the health status of the community it serves through the achievement of clinical excellence and the provision of high quality health services.
YDMH has a broad community reach servicing a population of approximately 6,892 from the communities of Yea, Glenburn, Kinglake, Flowerdale and surrounds.
Yea & District Memorial Hospital (YDMH) comprises four key areas, Acute, Residential Aged Care, District Nursing and Community Health. Please note we are currently NOT a Registered NDIS service provider or registered for Enhanced Primary Care under Medicare.
