Tips for keeping your cool in the hot weather

Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are serious conditions occurring when the body’s temperature rises and the internal organs start to shut down.

Symptoms of heat exhaustion range from muscle cramps, dizziness and nausea, vomiting and fainting.

Planning for your healthcare future - its never too early

How you planned for your future? It is always better to be prepared!
An advance care plan can play a critical role in clearly expressing the care that you’d like to receive or refuse when you can’t speak for yourself due to illness or injury.
Click here to watch a video on why advance care plans are important.
If you would like to put an advance care plan together, speak to your GP or visit the Advance Care Planning Australia website. https://www.advancecareplanning.org.au/
Once complete, you can upload your Advance Care Plan to your My Health Record.
