To mark the beginning of National Heart Week, which runs from May1-7, YDMH’s dietitian, community cardiac nurse, and health promotion officer, will be outside Yea FoodWorks on Monday 1st May from 12-4pm, handing out heart health resources, and healthy eating resources, and offering free blood pressure checks, alongside general heart health advice.
